The Drops & Wins Weekly Wheel Drops run from 19 November 2025 at 19:01 CET until 4 March 2026 at 18:59 CET (the “Promotional Term”). This is a network-wide promotion operated by Pragmatic Play, with prize pools shared across multiple participating operators.
Each Weekly Wheel Drop operates on a weekly cycle, starting on Wednesday at 19:01 CET and ending the following Wednesday at 18:59 CET.
To take part in a Weekly Wheel Drop, you are required to join or opt-in through any of the participating games through the promotional welcome pop-up. Opting in is required once per Weekly Wheel Drop to qualify for the entire week.

Players who choose to opt-out will be excluded only from that week’s Weekly Wheel Drop and may opt-in again for subsequent Weekly Wheel Drops.

By opting in for the Weekly Wheel Drops, you hereby agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
To qualify for a random prize, you must place a real money spin of any bet stake on a participating game (a “Qualifying Bet”) and collect all three (3) wheel pieces.

If you collect only one (1) or two (2) pieces without completing the wheel, you do not qualify for a random prize.

Wheel pieces are randomly triggered on any Qualifying Bet, with only one (1) piece awarded at a time. Once the first wheel piece is collected, you will become eligible to collect the remaining pieces until all three (3) pieces are obtained.

Wheel pieces are only used to qualify for a random prize and do not award any other reward(s) until all three (3) pieces are collected.

You can track the wheel piece collection via the promotional in-game interface. The number of pieces is displayed visually on the top-left corner promotional ear, showing the number of pieces collected compared to the total required to complete the wheel.
Upon completing the wheel, a full-screen vertical wheel will be displayed. You can spin the wheel by tapping or swiping downward to receive a prize.
Prizes are awarded as predetermined multipliers of your winning bet stake ((X) multiplier received multiplied by (X) bet stake, where the bet stake cannot exceed €1 for prize payout), Free Spins, or Instant Bonus (as defined herein). All prizes are detailed and displayed within the “Prizes” section of the promotional menu available in-game.

Free Spins prizes (“Free Spins“) are awarded as twenty (20) free spins in the same game where the prize was won, at the same bet stake used to win the prize. If the bet stake exceeds the €1 value, the Free Spins will be awarded at the €1 value (or the next higher available bet stake). Free Spins must be claimed and used within seven (7) days from the time you receive them.
Pragmatic Play may change how Free Spins are awarded during the Promotion, including assigning them to a single game instead of the game where they were won.
Instant bonus prizes (the “Instant Bonus”) are awarded as free direct entry into the bonus feature of a game selected by Pragmatic Play, at the same bet stake used to win the prize. If the bet stake exceeds the €1 value, the Instant Bonus will be awarded at the €1 value (or the next higher available bet stake). Instant Bonus must be claimed and used within seven (7) days from the time it is received.
The game eligible for the Instant Bonus will change monthly at Pragmatic Play’s discretion. The current game is shown in the in-game pop-up upon receiving the prize or in these Terms and Conditions: [game placeholder].
Winnings from a Weekly Wheel Drop are credited as cash amounts (in player’s local currency) without any wagering requirements.

If you purchase an in-game bonus feature (Bonus /Free Spins) in any participating game (“Bonus Buy”), your prize will be awarded before you enter the Bonus /Free Spins feature mode on the €1 value. Bonus Buy availability depends on your jurisdiction.
If you place a Super Spin, Double Chance Bet, or Triple Chance Bet (“Ante Bet”) your prize will be awarded on the same bet level or the €1 value, if the bet stake exceeds the maximum amount. Ante Bet availability depends on your jurisdiction.
You can track your progress on collecting the wheel pieces as well as your wins and other players’ wins in real time within the promotional interface of each participating game.
You need to complete all steps described above to receive a prize. You can win a maximum of two (2) prizes during each Weekly Wheel Drop.

General T&Cs

There is no additional cost required to participate.
Any cash prizes won have no wagering requirements or withdrawal restrictions.
For the avoidance of doubt, any undistributed portion of the prize pool at the end of any specific Wheel Drop shall be carried forward into subsequent stages or into the next Network Promotion.
The advertised currency conversion rate is determined solely by Pragmatic Play and is calculated using a Euro (€) currency multiplier applied to the player’s local currency.
The Weekly Wheel Drops are available on selected participating slots, including mini-game versions in Bingo rooms, as well as other available versions, and can be played on any device.

The Drops & Wins Daily Tournaments run from 19 November 2025 at 19:01 CET until 4 March 2026 at 18:59 CET (the “Promotional Term”). This is a network-wide promotion operated by Pragmatic Play, with prize pools shared across multiple participating operators.
Each Daily Tournament runs every day from 19:01 CET to 18:59 CET the following day. Daily Tournaments are organized in weekly cycles starting Wednesday at 19:01 CET and ending the following Wednesday at 18:59 CET, with seven (7) Daily Tournaments each week.
To take part in a Daily Tournament, players must join or opt in through any of the participating games via the promotional welcome pop-up. Opting in once qualifies you for all remaining tournaments in that week.

To take part in the Daily Tournaments, you are required to join or opt-in through any of the participating games. The opt-in is available once per promotional week, which runs from Wednesday to the following Wednesday during the Promotional Term. By opening a participating game and selecting the join/opt-in button, you agree to participate in all Daily Tournaments for that week.
By opting in for the Daily Tournaments, you hereby agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
To qualify for a prize, you need to play real money spins on any participating game with a minimum bet stake of €0.15 (each a “Qualifying Bet”) and collect at least one leaderboard point to qualify for prizes.
If the minimum bet amount (€0.15) is not available in a game, the next higher available bet size will count as a Qualifying Bet.
* Example for illustrative purposes: If €0.15 is not available, a €0.20 spin will qualify.
No tournament points are rewarded for game play prior to opt-in, and points will not be rewarded retroactively.
Prizes will be awarded in cash, based on the final leaderboard positions at the end of each Daily Tournament. Winners are ranked in descending order, from the highest to the lowest position, according to their total score.
All prizes are detailed and displayed within the “Prizes” section of the promotional menu available in-game.
The score is calculated as the total sum of all wins multipliers received during a Daily Tournament. Points for the leaderboard score are earned for every spin played with a Qualifying Bet that results in a win multiplier (win divided by stake) exceeding one (1). Win multipliers with decimals above 0.5 are rounded up to the next whole number, while those under 0.5 are rounded down to zero (0).
Score calculation example for illustrative purposes only:
Score = Win / bet + … + Win / bet
You bet €1 and win €50 => Score = €50 / €1 = 50
You bet €5 and win €1,000 => Score = €1000 / €5 = 200
You buy a Free Spins feature on a Bonus Buy bet amount of €20 and win €1,000 => Score = €1,000 / €20 = 50
Your final score will be 200 + 50 + 50 = 300
Tournament points reset to zero (0) at the start of every new Daily Tournament.
If you purchase an in-game bonus feature (Bonus/Free Spins) in any participating game (“Bonus Buy”) or place a Super Spin, Double Chance Bet, or Triple Chance Bet, your Daily Tournament score will be calculated based on the corresponding Bonus Buy or special bet amount. Bonus Buy availability is dependent on your jurisdiction.
If a Bonus/Free Spins feature is triggered during gameplay and you reach the maximum multiplier win before all Free Spins are completed, the remaining Free Spins will be forfeited. The total amount won, including any wins from the initial spin, will count towards your Daily Tournament score.
If you win a Jackpot in any participating game, the Jackpot win will not be counted for the tournament score.
If the auto-play feature is in use, it will not be paused or stopped if you navigate away from the in-progress game to view the tournament promotional menu.
In the event of a tie, players with the same number of tournament points will be ranked based on who achieved the points score first.
The tournament is updated in real time, allowing you to view the leaderboard, in real-time and in-game at any time of your own choosing when playing the participating games.
